What Is Receiptify?
The Receiptify app is a “top track generator” that gathers information about the tracks you’ve listened to in the most recent half year. It analyzes the songs you’ve listened to the most on Spotify and generates a sales receipt listing your top tracks in order of frequency of play. The fact that it is delivered in receipt format is where the term comes from.
Sharing these screenshots on social media will give your followers a glimpse into your musical tastes.
The app’s features include the following:
- Integration with Spotify
- Apple integration
- Makes a list of top 10 favorite songs
- Allows sharing among users
All this cool stuff in the app is what makes it worthwhile!

How to Use Receiptify?
Open the Receiptify App
To create receipt of your favorite songs, you can access the app quickly and easily at receiptify.herokuapp.com. Ensure you enable the pop ups on your browser.
Log In and Connect to Your Spotify Account
You will be requested to connect to your Spotify account after you have reached the main page of the Receiptify website. A login is required before the app may access your music listening history.
Choose a Time Period for Receipt Generation
You need to choose a time period. The app allows you to show your receipt with the top tunes from the past month, the most recent six months, or from all time.
Receiptify will present you with a distinct receipt listing the top songs on your account throughout various time periods if you click through to each choice.
Using this function, you will see how the patterns of your music taste have evolved across a range of time periods.
After you accept the terms and conditions, the app will take care of the rest. And compile a list of the top 10 songs you have played the most on your device.
Get a Copy of Your Spotify Receipt
You will soon get a copy of your very own Spotify receipt. If you look at the ‘amount’ that you paid for the music, you can determine how long it is, the song’s name, and the artist listed beneath the description.
A “download image” option will appear after Receiptify generates the receipt. You may take a screenshot of the receipt on the screen. And you can save it on your phone by tapping a button.
Share Your Receipt on Social Media
Sharing your receipt on your Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts is as simple as sharing any other kind of content.
It lists your top 10 songs, the artists’ names, and how long each song is, and it even includes a barcode to complete the appearance of a receipt. Seeing your name and the current date on the receipt is another way to verify its authenticity and know it was issued just to you.
